Receive and prepare beverage orders from customers and cocktail servers, mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes. Serve beverages using repetitive motions per established procedures, operate the cash register to complete transactions, and maintain accurate bank records. Keep the bar area clean by removing used glasses, napkins, and ashtrays, while greeting guests in a friendly, courteous manner. Prepare written requisitions for bar stock and maintain the ice supply.
