Answer guest questions using menu knowledge, follow food safety and sanitation procedures, and keep the bar station and service areas clean and organized. Operate the POS and beverage equipment independently, balancing and carrying multiple items while maintaining continuous standing and bending. Complete all duties without constant supervision, working weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
