Bartender - Beach Club PM (Part-Time)

Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm while preparing and serving beverages in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Read individual guest needs to provide personalized service and create a memorable bar experience. Maintain organization and impeccable cleanliness of the bar and work area, adhering to food safety standards. Open the bar, set up for service, take drink and food orders, and prepare all beverage orders according to The Breakers standards. Ring orders on the point-of-sale system, handle payments accurately, and manage the restaurant bank including cash sales, employee tip out, and bank drop. Requires 2+ years of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment, ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and standing for prolonged periods.
