Job Summary
Mix drinks to order and serve guests while demonstrating knowledge of all bar drinks and wines. Pass a short bartending test and adhere to SMG-SAVOR policies and procedures. Maintain proper grooming and appearance, balance the bank using basic math skills, and complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training. Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Ability to count change and balance bank
- Ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training
