Job Summary
Bartender provides customized beverage service to hotel restaurant/bar guests in a friendly, energetic, and timely manner. Responsibilities include greeting guests, bar setup and stocking, mixology and drink presentation, attending monthly meetings, operating POS and handling cash, managing bar stock and sanitation, daily inventory prep, knowledge of current offerings, and upholding food safety and cleanliness while collaborating with service and kitchen teams.
