Job Summary
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine according to established recipes while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar. Deliver exceptional guest service by recommending beverages and food pairings, promoting menu specials, and verifying guest identification to comply with alcohol service regulations. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system and assist with inventory control, stocking, and bar setup/closing procedures. Work closely with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability required for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with immediate joining preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of bartending experience
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic POS and cash-handling experience
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Immediate joining
