Job Summary
Prepare high-quality cocktails, coffee specialties, and other beverages while actively contributing to the bar's atmosphere and consistent service experience. Create a welcoming, personalized environment for hotel guests and visitors by leveraging barista and cocktail skills, and collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and expand the drink menu. Maintain composure during busy moments and ensure every interaction reflects the hotel's commitment to hospitality and craftsmanship. This part-time role (24 hours/week) offers a 10% night allowance, travel reimbursement, and staff discounts within Hotel Arena's historic Amsterdam-Oost location.
