Job Summary
Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality in every drink. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and providing information about the menu offerings. Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails using fresh ingredients, house-made syrups, and premium spirits, following Zuma's recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including bar tools, glassware, and garnishes, in compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards. Monitor inventory levels of beverages, ingredients, and supplies, and communicate any shortages or replenishment needs to the bar manager or supervisor. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high volume, high-end restaurant, hotel, bar, or hospitality establishment preferred
