Job Summary
Bartender at Verdala Wellness Hotel- AX Privilege with a focus on wellness-oriented beverages. Responsibilities include preparing a wide range of beverages (classic and wellness-focused cocktails, fresh juices, herbal infusions, functional drinks, alcohol-free options), serving guests with warm, attentive service, recommending wellness drinks and mocktails, maintaining bar cleanliness and stock, managing garnishes, completing inventory forms, handling cash transactions, and supporting hotel operations. Requires mixology knowledge, proficiency with beverages, strong guest-service skills, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a high-quality hotel environment. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar bartender role
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
- Health and safety regulations related to alcohol service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (additional languages considered an asset)
- Experience in a 5-star hotel environment or high-quality outlet
