Bartender (Aviator) - Hotel Polaris (Part-Time)

Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other beverages according to recipe while maintaining cleanliness of walk-ins, reach-ins, bar, and glassware. Take food and beverage orders using the POS system to ring items, obtain credit card or room information to begin tabs, and ensure bookkeeping and proper payment are received. Check identification to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase, offer menu advice and suggestions to guests, and maintain seasonal liquor, beer, and wine pars. Ensure opening, ongoing, and closing sidework is complete, count money in cash drawers at the end of shift, and ensure end of shift bank is balanced with appropriate procedures followed in daily drop. Properly report tips and hours at the end of each shift using proper documents for recording. Ensure supplies/ingredients are properly stocked before, during, and after shift. Adhere to all TIPS, Food Handlers, and CPR standards and Hotel Polaris policies.
