Job Summary
Greet customers, learn preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. Bartender will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years experience; must be 18+ to serve alcohol. Must be dependable, flexible to work nights/weekends/holidays, and capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a teamwork mindset are essential. Roles offered at Atlantic properties with compensation varying by state (hourly) and eligibility for benefits for both full-time and part-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience
- Meets state minimum age (18) to serve alcohol
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player is MUST
- Strong task and time management abilities
- Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
