Job Summary
Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages, mix cocktails, and interact with customers to take orders and serve food and drinks. Assess guest needs and preferences to make recommendations while checking identification to confirm legal drinking age. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, help plan and present the bar menu, and ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations. Maintain an organized, stocked, and clean bar environment. Weekend availability required for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
- Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of a second language
