Job Summary
Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to all guests at AT&T Stadium by mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards. Greet guests warmly, take orders, verify identification for compliance, and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. Handle cash, process payments, and balance receipts while collaborating with the culinary team on seasonal offerings. Prepare and restock inventory, mixers, garnishes, and glassware before, during, and after shifts. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards while supporting the Concessions team. Available for flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or event-based environment
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices
- Excellent communication and guest service skills with a welcoming and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must maintain personal grooming and uniform standards in accordance with Legends' policies
- Must have a valid email address for scheduling and communication purposes
