Job Summary
Provide an excellent guest drinking experience by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; communicate food and beverage selections; follow the club’s service standards; maintain a professional appearance and clean work environment; use Workday to communicate time off requests and availability; assist with bar setup, inventory and cleanliness; mix and serve drinks according to approved recipes; take orders and relay content clearly to coworkers; adhere to health department guidelines; attend pre-service training; comply with uniform and grooming policies; demonstrate strong customer service skills and team collaboration; possess Local Pouring Permit and Alcohol certification; ability to work varied schedules including holidays; English proficiency required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in high volume restaurant/club
- Local Pouring Permit & Alcohol certification
- Excellent oral communication and listening skills
- Must speak, read, and write in English proficiently
