Job Summary
Serve guests at Zeke's Grill, a full-service restaurant and clubhouse, managing mixology and alcohol service for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. Handle banquets and private events, ensuring safe and legally compliant service to guests age 21 and older. Maintain a professional demeanor while working flexible schedules of 16 to 40 hours per week. Earn $8.00 per hour plus tips with reasonable night departure times.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, country club, or similar setting
- Event experience
- A professional and welcoming demeanor
- Good knowledge of mixology
- TIPS or Serve Safe Alcohol Service certification or ability to get within 30 days of hire
- Collegial and able to work well as part of a service team
- Committed to ensuring safe and legally compliant alcohol service to guests age 21 and older
