Bartender - Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge

Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons, including cocktails, wine, draught beer, and bottled beer. Collect payments, requisition liquors and supplies, and arrange attractive bottle and glass displays. Slice and pit fruit for garnishes, inform guests of promotions, and ensure bar area cleanliness and sanitation. Adhere to accounting practices, collaborate with the kitchen on food service, and break down the bar nightly. Recognize over-indulgence of alcohol and comply with Georgia state laws. This role is supervised by the F&B Manager/Supervisor and includes on-call rotation.
