Job Summary
As Bartender at Alteno, craft classic and creative beverages including cocktails and mocktails, engage with guests to ensure a memorable experience, maintain knowledge of the full food and drink menu, and uphold high standards of safety, hygiene, and hospitality. Demonstrate expertise in mixology, knowledge of spirits and garnishes, provide personalized recommendations, take and serve orders promptly, and contribute to a clean, organized, and compliant bar station while adapting to varying schedules and shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication
- Food Handling certification (can be obtained during employment)
- Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time
