Job Summary
Create a positive guest experience by receiving drink orders and pouring beverages according to O&B standards while communicating specials and modifications to guests and team members. Present drinks clearly at the service bar, setup and dismantle the bar area, dishwasher, and cappuccino machine, and stock all products including mis en place. Maintain beer kegs and liquor levels, perform beverage and supply inventory, and address guest requests such as allergies. Work Thursday through Sunday evenings and weekends in a high-energy venue known for sophisticated dining and global cuisine.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years bartending experience in a similar environment
- Impeccable wine, beer and classic cocktail knowledge
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and able to lift and move beer kegs, liquor and wine boxes
- Available weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- This position requires to be available from Thursday to Sunday
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cocktail batching an asset
