Job Summary
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard while delivering warm, personalized service and building genuine guest connections. Recommend and upsell premium food and beverage offerings, maintaining excellent product knowledge across Bar Tilda and Wentworth Bar. Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and service-ready at all times, assist with stock control and inventory, and follow RSA requirements and hotel policies. Support events and work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to maintain exceptional service flow. RSA certification is essential, and previous high-volume cocktail bar or luxury hospitality experience is preferred. Available to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays as required by the roster.

- Committed to keeping a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar set-up at all times
- Ability to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays as required by the roster
