Job Summary
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes or customer preferences, ensuring proper glassware and garnishes. Greet guests, take orders, and handle cash, credit card transactions, and tips accurately while monitoring bar tabs. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restock supplies, and check customer IDs to verify legal drinking age. Resolve customer complaints, refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive patrons, and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts. Follow health and safety protocols and participate in promotional activities to upsell drinks.
Required Qualifications
- Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- good problem resolution skills
- Basic F&B product knowledge
- Previous experience in bartending or a related field preferred
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus on customer service
- Additional Language is an added advantage
