Job Summary
Experienced bartender needed to prepare and serve beverages according to company standards, maintain a clean and organized bar area, monitor stock levels, assist with inventory, handle orders and payments accurately, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Role focuses on delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced hotel bar environment within the Accor network and Heartist culture.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
