Job Summary
Provide excellent guest drinking experience by preparing and serving beverages, assessing guest preferences, mixing cocktails, checking IDs, restocking bar, and maintaining compliance with food and beverage regulations. Requires proven bartender experience, knowledge of drink preparation and garnishing, computer literacy, strong communication, and the ability to stay organized in a loud bar environment. Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18. The role may involve standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs. Location: Greensburg, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartender experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
