Job Summary
Interact with guests in a friendly, engaging manner while executing the venue's service sequence and selling techniques. Prepare products according to established recipes, maintain inventory at par levels, and ensure the bar is properly stocked. Communicate with support staff and management to address customer needs, rectify incidents, and enforce alcohol laws and health codes. Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, lifting up to 75 pounds and adhering to waterpark standards. Attend staff meetings as requested and perform other duties assigned. Due to the cyclical nature of the industry, employees may work varying schedules including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
- Knowledge of wine and beer as well as other products offered
- Knowledge of standard bar equipment to include dish washer, coolers, ice machine, etc.
- Possess basic computer and POS system abilities
- Basic problem solving and decision-making skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with the public and other team members in verbal and written form
- Must be able to maintain a positive/friendly attitude
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Follow and enforce all waterpark standards
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
