Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Bartender in a high-volume setting
- Valid alcohol certification
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays
- Following recipes, including measuring and mixing ingredients
- Operating equipment and bladed tools following safety standards
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Elevated knowledge of wine, spirits and beer
- Experience serving food
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
- Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Executing opening and closing procedures
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
