Job Summary
Maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, products, and production procedures while setting up and maintaining a clean, organized bar according to brand standards. Serve guests delicious, well-executed beverages, provide cocktail inspiration, and handle beverage and dining orders, bar maintenance, delivering, check-ins, and clearing. Proactively manage guest concerns, prioritize multiple tasks, and communicate next steps with the manager and service team. Adhere to the uniform policy and manage your shift on time, communicating with management for breaks or family meals.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- 2+ year(s) of relevant bartending experience
- Able to move and/or lift heavier product
- Able to stand for long periods of time; occasionally kneel, bend, and crouch as required to reach items at varying height levels
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment calmly and effectively
