Job Summary
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and patrons while assessing customer needs and making recommendations. Utilize restaurant POS software and demonstrate thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor, and cocktails. Maintain excellent oral communication skills, strong customer service, and a positive outlook while standing for extended periods and moving quickly. Work 3pm to 8:30pm Monday through Friday, completing a minimum of three shifts per week. A high school diploma or GED is required, with relevant training or a certificate and bartending experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- A thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails
- Ability to utilize restaurant POS software
- Great attitude and positive outlook

- Ability to stand for a long time and move quickly

- Relevant training or certificate
