Job Summary
Conduct full service at the guests' pace, answering inquiries about menu items, ingredients, allergies, and policies while maintaining engaging, personable interaction. Execute opening and closing side work, including dining room setup, breakdown, table resetting, and product prepping. Assist with phone calls, seating guests, and running food/beverage as a team player willing to perform any delegated tasks. Nights and weekends are required with flexible schedules available. Apply between 2p-4p daily to speak with a manager.
Required Qualifications
- knowledge of all menu items and ingredients
- ability to answer guest questions regarding menu, food and beverage ingredients, allergy information, item availability and 110 Grill policies
- knowledge of all steps of service
- ability to provide polished service at the guests' pace
- being engaging, enthusiastic and personable
- ability to maintain eye contact and presence behind the bar
- being a team player
- willingness to help with answering the phone, helping seat guests, running food, completing running side work
- willingness to perform any tasks delegated by management
- ability to approach all guests with enthusiasm
- ability to explain the concept for food and service
- ability to complete opening and closing side work
- ability to set up and breakdown of dining room on a daily basis
- ability to work as a team to complete running side work
