Job Summary
Bartender at Black Sheep Bistro & The Barrel Wine × Cocktails. Responsibilities include taking and serving orders, preparing beverages, mixing classic and innovative cocktails, recommending drinks based on guests' needs, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, maintaining bar cleanliness and stock, checking IDs for legal drinking age, and providing friendly, professional customer service. Requires bartender experience; a bartending certificate is a plus. Bonus pay offered; location Corpus Christi, TX; Sundays off; 5 days/nights a week.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a bartender
- Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
- A bartending certificate is a plus
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Professional and positive disposition
- Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked and well-organized
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
