Job Summary
Supply the highest possible level of guest care and service to internal and external guests by preparing bar areas, dispensing equipment, and drinks according to specified recipes. Take orders, dispense beverages, serve at bar and tables, handle cash transactions, and process all payment methods while counting takings and completing cashier reports. Collect, wash, and maintain glassware during service, carry out bar closing procedures, and adhere to alcohol licensing regulations. Actively promote additional menu items using upsell techniques to generate incremental revenue and maintain a "No Empty Glasses and No Empty Tables" culture. Perform tasks on the departmental cleaning rota and assist guests with hospitality and social skills. Achieve a high level of product knowledge and pricing.
