Job Summary
Loader Operator in the Mid West Central region will operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to load, move, and transfer materials such as gravel, asphalt, and concrete. The role requires performing daily inspections/maintenance for safety compliance, following safety policies, collaborating with crew members to maintain workflow, and communicating job-site conditions to supervisors. The operator must be able to handle physical tasks (up to 50 pounds) and work in varying weather, adhering to federal/state/local regulations. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience operating front-end loaders and other heavy machinery in construction or paving environments.
