Job Summary
Advise on asset purchase, maintenance, and replacement strategies while coordinating renovation projects and supplier negotiations. Optimize energy use across company plants and manage investment orders. Consolidate performance data through benchmarks, lead equipment accounting and recordkeeping, and organize training initiatives. Conduct due diligence for new acquisitions and ensure compliance with QHSE rules by proposing technical safety solutions. Work with plant managers to establish long-term investment needs and participate in technical and logistical choices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in equipment management, preferably in construction
- Outstanding ability to successfully implement maintenance policies and strategies
- Strong analytical skills to consolidate and interpret performance data
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to strictly adhere to safety and compliance regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Capacity to work in outdoor environments and various weather conditions
