Job Summary
Lead group exercise classes with enthusiasm, creating and delivering new, fresh, and innovative routines while maintaining professional confidence and a positive attitude. Collaborate with the team as a flexible leader in and out of the studio, ensuring on-time reporting and motivating others. This role requires a minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes and current nationally accredited certification. Compensation ranges from $20 - $125/unit based on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, and work experience. Exos promotes a holistic approach to health, applying evidence-based methodology to unlock potential for corporate employees, elite athletes, and military operators through fitness center management, on-site coaching, and the Exos app.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes
- Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA)
- Current CPR/AED certification
Desired Qualifications
- First Aid certification
- Enthusiasm about group exercise classes and enjoyment of creating and delivering new, fresh and innovative routines
- Confidence in professionalism by reporting on-time with a positive attitude and a passion to motivate others
