Job Summary
Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and proper par levels for operating supplies and equipment. Operate the POS system to reconcile sales, balance the cash drawer at shift end, and coordinate beverage service with cocktail servers for efficient flow. Monitor guest alcohol consumption, intervene as needed, and communicate supply orders to supervisory staff. Maintain stock of paper products, pick up and deliver supplies from the storeroom and receiving dock, and administer bartender breaks. Attend departmental and company meetings as required. Must be 21 years of age with a high school diploma, English proficiency, and valid responsible alcohol service certification. Stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Starting salary is $15 to $17 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English
