Job Summary
Open the bar at 7 a.m., pour the first coffee of the day, and manage bar operations with a smile. Transition to table setting for lunch service and serve Made In Provence dishes, while promoting Pastagas and signature cocktails. Maintain high hygiene standards and adhere to cleaning protocols throughout the shift. Work as part of a team in a Mediterranean-themed restaurant located at the Novotel Paris Gare de Lyon. Required Qualifications
- Morning availability (matinal)
- Good mood
- Agility to switch between bar management and table setting

- First or new experience in hospitality
