Deliver exceptional customer service by preparing quality beverages, food, and ground coffee while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Required Qualifications

- Calmness during periods of high traffic or unusual events
- Ability to maintain operations at their usual pace while setting a good example to the team
- Anticipation of client and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and clients to identify indicators
- Communication of information to the manager so the team can act and create the ideal environment during each shift
- Participation in the training of a new partner through positive reinforcement of performance with respect and encouragement
- Contribution to a positive team spirit by knowing how to recognize warning signs and changes in the morale and performance of the team, and reporting them to the manager
- Providing incomparable service to clients by always prioritizing the client and harmonizing with them
- Discovering and responding to client needs
- Following Cineplex and Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including handling cash and workplace health and safety to ensure partner safety during their shift
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace so partners can identify resources and products when needed
- Punctuality and continuous presence according to tasks
