Job Summary
Prepare all drinks to Platter standards, including latte art, and set up the coffee bar for each service. Clear and clean the area, ensure food safety standards are followed, and complete wastage forms. Restock the fridge, verify labels and prices, and operate tills following cash handling procedures while taking orders and serving food and drinks. Attend all requested training and development courses. Represent both Benugo and John Lewis professionally in your behavior, appearance, and knowledge. Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
