Barista - Williamsburg

Coffee-focused, customer-service driven Barista needed for our flagship Williamsburg, Brooklyn cafe. Full-Time position (~30+ hours/week) with 6–8 hour shifts, primarily Friday–Monday. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, crafting beverages to our standard (including pourovers), maintaining knowledge of our coffee offerings, and keeping the cafe tidy and compliant with DOH standards. Must be a team player with clear communication, a love of specialty coffee, and willingness to learn through education and training. Must be able to work on your feet for 8+ hours, lift up to 30lbs, climb stairs and ladders, and respond to cues and taste coffee. Pay ranges from $17.50–$18/hour with tips; location is in-person at our Williamsburg store.
