Job Summary
Prepare and serve beverages adhering to freshness and quality standards while maintaining operational safety protocols. Engage with all guests in a hospitable, sincere, and friendly manner, utilizing your coffee knowledge to educate and communicate effectively. Adhere to policies and make suggestions for improving operations within a high-volume retail environment. Most shifts average about 7 hours, with a starting wage of $18.96/hr that improves to $19.90/hr after certification, plus eligible tips. Full-time employees (20+ hours/week) receive medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Speak and read English proficiently
- Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
- Can effectively communicate with others
- Able to learn and master coffee tasting profiles and dial-ins
- Good teamwork skills
