Job Summary
Barista role focusing on creating guest-focused coffee and beverage experiences, preparing espresso drinks, teas, and light food items to brand standards, providing friendly service, operating POS, handling cash, educating guests on menu offerings (including seasonal items), maintaining a clean and stocked workspace, and supporting opening/closing duties. Flexible scheduling including weekends/holidays with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour plus tips; Regular or Seasonal, Full Time or Part Time. EEO employer.
Required Qualifications
- Previous barista or food & beverage experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Flexible schedule, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
