Job Summary
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards. Oversee the settings and maintenance of coffee machines to ensure optimal performance. Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas. Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth operation during busy periods. This casual role is based in Morningside, Queensland, with opportunities for ongoing training and career progression within a growing health and wellness business.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Barista experience
- Experience in front of house roles
- Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills
