Barista

Create, prepare, and serve coffee beverages based on recipes while recording drink orders accurately. Receive and serve food and drink orders to guests at the bar, process payments, and report cash and credit card gratuities in compliance with IRS standards. Maintain cleanliness throughout the bar, including the coffee station and bar tops, by washing and sterilizing glassware and setting up or breaking down all bar items. Assist with restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies, and report equipment problems and maintenance issues to the restaurant manager. This role requires a positive attitude, effective communication with guests and staff, and the ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
