Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers immediately, making eye contact, and repeating orders back to ensure accuracy. Prepare and serve beverages according to customer requests while adhering to proper payment handling procedures and health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Maintain an inviting and clean location environment while performing repetitive motions and lifting up to 40 lbs regularly for six to seven hours daily. Maintain a flexible schedule to fit the needs of the business and demonstrate strong verbal communication skills under pressure. Required Qualifications
- 16 Years of age
- Food and Beverage experience
- Adhere to Human Bean Coffee NDA policy
- Strong verbal and customer service skills
- Flexible schedule to fit the needs of the business
- Developed critical thinking to make equitable decisions
- Must be a team player and perform well under pressure
- Ability to recognize, understand, manage, and reason with emotions
- Ability to perform repetitive bending, reaching, standing, and motion of the wrists and hands for 6-7 hours per day
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. regularly
- Fun, outgoing personality with excellent work ethic and a positive attitude
