Job Summary
Greet customers immediately, make eye contact, and repeat orders back to ensure accuracy. Prepare and serve beverages according to customer requests while following proper payment handling procedures. Maintain a clean and inviting location by adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Perform repetitive bending, reaching, standing, and wrist motions for up to seven hours, lifting 40 lbs regularly. Establish and maintain a food handlers permit while demonstrating strong verbal communication skills and the ability to manage emotions under pressure. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Establish and maintain food handlers permit
- Adhere to Human Bean Coffee NDA policy
- Strong verbal and customer service skills
- Flexible schedule to fit the needs of the business
- Developed critical thinking to make equitable decisions
- Must be a team player and perform well under pressure
- Ability to recognize, understand, manage, and reason with emotions
- Ability to perform repetitive bending, reaching, standing, and motion of the wrists and hands for 6-7 hours per day
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. regularly
