Job Summary
Execute high-volume coffee service and manage a scratch kitchen with fresh ingredients while handling all-day breakfasts and curated American cuisine. Prepare responsible alcohol service and manage orders in a fast-paced, full-service environment requiring up to 10 hours of standing and walking. Lift up to 40 lbs and perform basic mathematical calculations for transactions. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, demonstrating calm performance under pressure. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages
- Certified in (or able to be certified in) responsible alcohol service (as required by state or local law)
- Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written)
Desired Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day preferred
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- High energy and stamina. Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment
