Barista/Tea Server

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, specialty teas, and handcrafted beverages while creating and plating desserts according to recipes. Educate customers on tea varieties, brewing methods, and flavor pairings to deliver warm, memorable experiences. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization of workstations, managing ingredients, restocking, and basic prep tasks. Provide friendly, efficient service and handle transactions accurately. Requires at least one year of continuous experience as a barista or tea specialist, high school education, and ability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Food safety certification is a plus.
