Job Summary
Greet members, answer menu questions, process orders, and create quality beverages while maintaining the store's clean presentation and proper stock levels. Provide excellent customer service, anticipate guest needs, and shift effectively between preparing food products, handling phone orders, and managing computer orders under pressure. Maintain a calm demeanor, arrive timely, and work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds for up to eight hours per shift.
Required Qualifications
- Pre-employment drug screen (marijuana results excluded for 21 and over)
- Strong communication skills
- Work well under pressure

- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service and restaurant experience
- Able to stand, walk, twist, bend, and kneel for up to 8 hours during a shift with one 30-minute meal and two ten-minute breaks
- Able to safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be California Food Handlers Safe Certified from an accredited source and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certified
- Able to work flexible hours that include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
