Barista (Student/Flexi)

Pull shots and build drinks you’d actually want to drink yourself; run the bar by keeping it clean, stocked, and ready; be the face of the spot so regulars know your name; maintain a lively vibe during busy summer periods; collaborate closely with the crew and your coffee bar lead. Requirements include some barista experience and the ability to work as a student or flexi-jobber this summer (with potential extension). Strong English to serve an international crowd, reliability, punctuality, and a genuine passion for people. Nice to have: latte art and prior hospitality or service background. Based in or around Knokke, on-site only.
