Job Summary
Create and sell handcrafted beverages based on company recipes to guests while maintaining a friendly, welcoming environment. Serve coffee drinks consistently with the Center's standards, answer questions regarding beverage options, and provide excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness in all workspace areas, restock inventory and supplies, and report equipment problems to the Coffee Shop Manager. Work split between the traditional coffee shop and concessions inside the theater lobby, requiring availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work nights, weekend, and some holidays
- Great communication skills, personable and friendly with customers
- Working knowledge of coffee or eagerness to learn
- Must possess basic math skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to move up to 25lbs
- Ability to ascend/descend on ladders
- Ability to crawl in confined spaces
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience as a Barista in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
