Job Summary
Prepare all espresso drinks, chai, and hot teas according to brand standards for in-store and drive-thru orders, including blended affogatos. Serve finished beverages to customers and manage the barista area fridge restocking. Follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures while complying with safety requirements for hot equipment and moving mechanical parts. Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate consistent, reliable attendance. Work in a fast-paced environment with periods of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Pass training on the espresso machine and other crew member positions to qualify for the Barista rate of pay.
