Provides quality beverages, whole beans, and food products consistently while adhering to all recipe, presentation, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Maintains a clean and organized workspace, follows operational policies including cash handling and security, and acts with integrity to promote the store's culture and mission. Anticipates customer and store needs by evaluating the environment, communicates information to the manager, and assists with new partner training through respectful coaching. Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
